Italia & Lemp, Inc. is a real estate appraisal and consulting firm with offices in Hartford and Norwalk, Connecticut. The firm has a professional scope including the preparation of market value appraisals, portfolio valuation, appraisal reviews, feasibility analyses and market studies, and tax consulting services. The firm is committed to quality, accurate and timely work product, provided with the responsiveness and attention to detail required by the investment and lending communities. Christopher A. Italia, MAI, and Patrick A. Lemp, MAI formed the company in 1993 and have 50 combined years of real estate experience throughout New England and New York. The principals have extensive real estate expertise encompassing such diversified areas as real estate appraisal and consulting, real estate sales and real estate leasing. The corporate office is equipped with state-of-the art computerized databases of sale and lease transactions, multifamily and commercial rental data, and expense histories, enabling clients to draw upon extensive resources for quick and accurate market information.

The firm’s client base includes money center lending institutions, regional and local lending institutions, legal and accounting firms, real estate developers, nonprofit and governmental agencies, publicly-regulated utility companies, Fortune 500 companies, capital venture firms, real estate investment trusts, mortgage brokers and private property owners/partnerships.
